Privacy policy

When you sign up for an event, we will get information about you and perhaps your workplace. This page shows what information we collect, how we collect it and how we use that information.

What do we mean by personal data?

Personal data is information that can be associated with a person, such as name, place of residence, telephone number, email address and work title. Myldring AS focuses on protecting our customers' privacy. We process personal information in accordance with the current legislation, in accordance with the The Personal Data Actand the The Personal Data Regulations. Personal data is information and assessments that can be linked to you as a customer.

The data you provide when you sign up

When you sign up for our event, we collect your name, workplace and e-mail address. We also ask for your company´s organization number, invoice address and invoice reference.

We ask about allergies, if you are a wheelchair user, need a sign language speaker or need other special assistance and other relevant information that will help us optimize your experience at our event.

We use a third party - Hoopla or Airtable - to retrieve and process this information.

We use this information only to manage the event (we will send you practical information by e-mail, request post-evaluation, billing and to make sure that you get food and assistance where needed).

The information about your employer is kept for a year and a half after the event has been terminated for statistical purposes. Hoopla deletes your personal data one month after the event, with the exception of billing information, which they are required to keep for accounting for five years.

Personal data in Airtable (name, workplace and e-mail address) are kept for two years after the event has been terminated for statistical purposes. No billing information is stored in Airtable.

We never pass on, sell or swap your data for marketing purposes to third parties outside Myldring AS.

Google Analytics

We collect statistics about how our site is used so that we know which pages we need to pay the most attention to and which ones we need to improve or delete. Google Analytics uses cookies that start with _ga. We have turned on the "anonymizeIP" feature, so your IP address is not stored with Google.


We send out e-mails about events and conferences organized by Myldring AS. We use a system called Mailchimp to handle the list of those who receive the email. It's voluntary to subscribe - and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Your right to withdraw your consent

You have the right to withdraw your consent for the processing of your personal data at any time. We will keep your email address until you unsubscribe.
